Is it true that the wife is forbidden to fill the husband's phone?
Friends, many wives really care about their husband's actions, so from the start of the husband's social media content, SMS content or chatroom application on the husband's mobile phone, all of them are tapped one by one by the wife without the husband's knowledge. Actually this is permissible or not?
In the proposition of religion, we will find the prohibition of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to find fault with one's own family, it is better to be prejudiced especially on one's own life partner. This can include the case of Tajassus, which is looking for mistakes and disgrace of others and spy on what they hide. Originally, all forms of Tajassus were forbidden; because a Muslim is clean from disgrace and disgraceful matters.
From Jabir he said, "Rasulullah ﷺ forbade people returning from long journeys to visit his family at night suddenly because they thought they were betraying or to look for (find out) their mistakes." (HR. Muslim, no. 715)
However, if you accidentally open a partner's cellphone, or have a previous event the couple (both husband and wife) commit treason or prohibit Allah ۢ ﷻ, then just check to make sure the husband no longer does anything that violates God's rules ﷻ, such as storing porn videos on cellphone, having an affair through a cellphone, etc., this can be done, but not with the intention of finding fault or its shame, but in order to remind one another in truth and patience, isn't the husband the clothes for his wife and vice versa?
